Who we are
This website is operated by Zzacore, a business registered in the United States. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Zzacore, and “you” means anyone using this website or placing an order.
By using this site or placing an order, you accept these terms.
Using this site
You may browse and shop for your own personal use. You may not reuse our product photography, descriptions, logo or page designs commercially without written permission.
You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to order.
Products
We photograph our products as accurately as we can, but colours vary between screens. Small differences in colour and measurement between individual garments are normal in manufacturing and are not faults.
Stock is updated automatically, but an item may occasionally sell out between being added to your basket and checkout. If that happens we will contact you and refund that item in full.
Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars (USD). Shipping is charged separately and shown before you pay. Sales tax is applied at checkout where required.
We may change prices at any time, but never for an order already placed.
Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. Our confirmation email acknowledges we have received it; the contract is formed when we dispatch the goods.
We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if there was a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after payment, you receive a full refund.
Delivery and returns
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund & Returns Policy. Both form part of these terms.
Our liability
Your statutory rights are unaffected by anything in these terms.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — lost earnings or missed events, for example — arising from a delayed or faulty order. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published when you place an order is the version that applies to it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of that state.
